World Web Robotics provides a comprehensive suite of IT services including but not limited to web development, software development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, and technical support.

2.1 Service Scope

• Web Development: Custom website development, e-commerce solutions, CMS development
• Software Development: Enterprise applications, custom software solutions
• Mobile App Development: iOS, Android, and cross-platform applications
• UI/UX Design: User interface design, user experience optimization
• Digital Marketing: SEO, social media marketing, content marketing
• Technical Support: Maintenance, updates, and technical assistance

2.2 Service Limitations

While we strive to provide high-quality services, we cannot guarantee:

• Service availability 100% of the time
• Immediate resolution of all technical issues
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Results from marketing campaigns (dependent on market conditions)

To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.1 Account Creation

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Restrictions

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes

All services are subject to payment. Prices are listed on our website or provided in project proposals. You agree to pay all fees associated with services you purchase.

4.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• Project cancellations may incur cancellation fees
• No refunds for completed work
• Partial refunds may be available for unused services
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days

All intellectual property rights related to our services, including but not limited to software, designs, documentation, and content, remain the property of World Web Robotics or our licensors.

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of all:

• Proprietary software and tools
• Brand names, logos, and trademarks
• Documentation and training materials
• Business processes and methodologies
• Website content and design

5.2 Client Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of:

• Your brand assets and trademarks
• Your business data and content
• Your proprietary information

Upon full payment, we transfer ownership of custom-developed software and designs to you, excluding third-party components and our proprietary tools.

5.3 License Grants

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Use delivered software and designs for your business
• Make necessary modifications to maintain functionality
• Transfer licenses with business ownership changes
